Hillhead 2010 - orders for Hercules Trommels worldwide.

Stelex , the UK based manufacturer of Hercules heavy duty Trommels, has rounded off a successful sales run with confirmed orders for a number of machines taken at the recent Hillhead 2010 quarrying exhibition in the UK. The exhibition machine was sold to America, the seventh machine purchased by this customer.

The main focus of the show was the new MKIII HT182M mobile Trommel which was set up for cleaning and grading the blasted rock for further processing by some of the crushing and screening units also operating in the demonstration areas. This was achieved using a multi-sized heavy duty barrel, which is a major design feature of the Hercules Trommel.

Interest was high in both their mobile and static ranges from visitors from around the world. Stelex are involved in on-going projects around the world as the trommels popularity continues to grow as quarry and mining companies seek to maximise on the their existing stone reserves.

The new 500TPH rated MKIII HT182M mobile Trommel has a number of design improvements helping to reduce maintenance while improving wear life and screening efficiency.
